- Availability of the products
The selection of products offered on www.lokalic.com, is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, with the limits of available stock. Being e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out, not being able, therefore, in these cases, to continue with the purchase initiated.

Home delivery "Express Service" (SEUR): Orders processed from Monday to Friday until 17:00 h. of items "In Stock lokalic.com", will be delivered to the address indicated the next business day, those processed after that time, on Sunday or national holiday will be added one or two more working days. Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are delivered after two or three working days and an extra working day is added if they are processed on a Sunday or national holiday. 13. Methods of payment.

The coupon/code may have a minimum purchase amount to be used. If this is not stated, the minimum purchase amount will be the amount of the coupon/code. If the amount of the order in which a coupon/code is used exceeds the value of the coupon/code, the remaining amount can be paid by credit card, cash on delivery, payment by gift voucher or bank transfer. Once you have received the order confirmation, PayPal does not allow you to change the shipping address. 14. Right of withdrawal.
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased exclusively at www.lokalic.com you have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your purchases in any of the Lokalic.com stores in Spain, or in our own online store, in accordance with the provisions of the following paragraphs.
Period for exercising the right of withdrawal: You may exercise the right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days and for all items, except for toys, books, stationery, experience boxes, music, cinema and merchandising that you have 30 calendar days from receipt for Members (14 calendar days for Non-Members). If the product is returned without its original packaging, the product may be depreciated. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that relate to: a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal. b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur can not control and that may occur during the withdrawal period. c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized. d) The supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as hair removal products, hair straighteners, hair clippers, barbers, dental care products, massagers, food processors, headsets, VR headsets, VR glasses). f) The supply of goods which after delivery and taking into account their nature have become inseparably mixed with other goods. g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations which the entrepreneur cannot control. h) Contracts where the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit him for urgent repairs or maintenance; if, during such a visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair, the right of withdrawal should apply to such additional services or goods. i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery. j) The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications. k) Contracts concluded by means of public auctions. l) The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than as a dwelling, transport of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance. m) The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he loses his right of withdrawal as a result. In the case of promotions in which several independent articles are purchased as part of the same pack (3x2, 2x1 and similar), in the event of withdrawal, all products included in the promotion must be withdrawn. - Incidents in the delivery of the products

The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.
